The conference fee for delegates includes lunches on 7th,8th and 9th, the Conference Ceilidh at Heriot-Watt on 7th, the Conference Banquet on 8th (more details on the Banquet will appear shortly) and a copy of the Conference Proceedings.

Conference Accommodation

Heriot-Watt University accommodation is on a single room, en-suite basis, and is charged at £37.50 per night for Bed and Breakfast. Further details on the University Accommodation can be found here. We recommend that delegates stay on campus, as we are some 6 miles from the City Centre and, although there is a good bus service, it does entail a 30 minute journey.

We have pre-booked a number of rooms for the nights of 7th and 8th, and delegates should simply indicate on the registration form which nights they wish to book accommodation for. Any delegates requiring accommodation on additional nights before or after the Conference should indicate the nights required in the appropriate section on the registration form, each night being charged at £37.50. We recommend that delegates who wish to avail themselves of this facility book early, as we cannot guarantee room availability for additional nights.

DAMMS Week Discounts

During the week July 5th to 9th Heriot-Watt University is hosting DAMMS (Data Analysis, Management, Mining & Storage) Week (DAMMS 2004) of which BNCOD 21 is part. DAMMS 2004 currently consists of the following five events:

If you are attending other events as well as BNCOD 21, you may apply the following discounts to your BNCOD 21 Conference fee. Please note that you will need to register for each event separately and each has its own fee structure.
