Cascade Genetic Screening Project

This project was a collaboration with the Public Health Department and the Clinical Genetics Departments of the University of Edinburgh. It developed a computer model of Colorectal Cancer Cascade Genetic Testing and a Genetic Population model to feed family tree data into it.
