• AI Planning and Task Composition in Distributed Biomedical Informatics Systems;
• Biomedical Ontologies, including
• Cross-Species Anatomy Ontology Integration;
• 2D and 3D Visualisation of Anatomy Ontologies;
• Modeling of Biological Systems, including
• Computer Modeling of Cascade Genetic Testing;
• Evolutionary Computing and HCI in Biomedical Informatics.

We are involved in a number research projects and have wide collaborations, within both the School and University, with the Medical Research Council (MRC), the NHS, industry and other Universities.
