Abstract
This deliverable contains a letter of intent in which the Networks of Excellence REWERSE and KnowledgeWeb agree to run a common repository for learning units about Semantic Web topics and topics about reasoning in the Semantic Web to share and exchange the learning units mutually, and to support the Virual Institute of Semantic Web Education (VISWE) in managing and running the repository.
