I am a Reader* in the Department of Computer Science in the School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences at Heriot-Watt University, where I am heading the Biomedical Informatics Systems Engineering Lab (BISEL).
I also work as a Biomedical Informatics Research Scientist in the Mouse Atlas Group at the MRC Human Genetics Unit, which is part of the Institute of Genetics and Molecular Medicine (IGMM) at Edinburgh University.
