There is no facility within formaliser to print directly.

In order to print the document currently in the editor you must take the following steps -

  1. From the "File" menu select "Save as text..."
  2. The save box will then be displayed. By default the directory to save the file in will be "Printing" and the file name will the disc file name of the document but with the extension ".bse".
  3. Once the file has been saved load up Microsoft Word and open the file you just saved. You will have to change the type of files to "All Files(*.*)" in order to do this.
  4. After the file has been opened; from the Edit menu select "Select All" then change the font to Z-Formaliser.
  5. The document should be displayed correctly and can now be printed.

Warning - If you wish to save the document as a word file you must save it as file type "Word 6.0/95(*.doc)". If you save it as a later version of word it will not be saved properly so when you reopen the file half of it will be lost.
