Estimate of of the Incidence Rates of Early-Onset Alzheimer's Disease
Associated With the Presenilin-1 Gene, by Eng Hock Gui and Angus Macdonald.
This report included graphs of estimated intensities and onset of EOAD, and
probabilities of survival free of EOAD, with confidence intervals. The values
of these estimates at integer ages are given below. Note the suggestion
in the paper, that these should not be used directly in any application
but may guide the choice of suitable functions, and their extrapolation
beyond about age 45.
