"NLS solitons under stochastic forcing

The NLS equation under stochastic forcing is considered in the case of
weakly correlated and stongly correlated noise. The model considered
is of applicative interest for the analysis of soliton propagation in
optical fibers with a random distribution of inhomogeneities.The stati
stical average of the soliton solution and some relevant two-point cor
relation functions are obtained.
