Rooms with my students/researchers in

The question keeps coming up as people come and go, so this is just for HoD or HoS to see what the situation is as far as DWC folk are concerned. (would be nice if everyone did this?)

G42:

contains:

• Ridzuan Daud, PhD student (DWC)

• Silang Luo, PhD student (DWC)

• Kareem Shaker, PhD student (DWC)

• Alan Vella, PhD student (DWC)

Plan is to also maintain space in G42 for research visitors.

I think this is full as a 6-student office, and would like to try to maintain it as a 4 or 5-student office with space for occasional research visitors. Note that I have about 5 off-campus HW PhD students without desks here (and 3 non HW ones),  so I could probably do with having two free spaces for occasional visits, but certainly need to maintain at least one. 

G32:

contains:

• A.N. Other, RA (DWC)

• Keiron Nicholson, RA (JR)

This is a 2-RA office

Pending plans:

 A.N. Other should be recruited before mid June, maybe by end May.

Possible rooming issues near future:

Maybe another RA before October, maybe two new PhD students. Hopefully ongoing discussions concerning G43 will help if these happen.
