Using the GUI.
AUTO-commands are described in Section 5 and
illustrated in the demos.
In Table 9.1 we list the main AUTO-commands
together with the corresponding GUI button.

The AUTO-command @r xxx yyy is given in the GUI as follows :
click Files/Restart and enter yyy as data.
Then click Run.
As noted in Section 5,
this will run AUTO with the current equations-file
xxx.f and the current constants-file c.xxx,
while expecting restart data in s.yyy.
The AUTO-command @ap xxx yyy is given in the GUI by
clicking Files/Append.
