MXBF

This constant, which is effective for algebraic problems only, sets the maximum number of bifurcations to be treated. Additional branch points will be noted, but the corresponding bifurcating families will not be computed. If MXBF is positive then the bifurcating families of the first MXBF branch points will be traced out in both directions. If MXBF is negative then the bifurcating families of the first $ \mid{\tt MXBF}\mid $ branch points will be traced out in only one direction.
