abacus by using a
combination of one altobead and one or more hypobeads.
For example: Moving down an altobead and moving up one hypobead, number six is placed on the abacus (see fig 2). Moving down an altobead and moving up 2 hypobeads, number 8 is placed on the abacus (see fig 3). The same tactic applies for number 8 and 9. |
