Publication

The proceedings will be in book format with an introduction, conclusion and common bibliography.

This is a *hard* page limit, and corresponds to approximately twenty 9-page papers, plus intro and conclusion. We will in turn enforce hard page limits on papers accepted for the proceedings. There are about 40 papers in the draft proceedings, so this means that we can accept about half of them.

Anonymous Reviewing Process

• Each paper is reviewed by 3 people.
• Each delegate is asked to review 2 papers - the papers will be available on a (private) web page.
• A member of the advisory committee does the 3rd review of each paper.
• At the workshop delegates were asked to identify 4 papers that they would like to review, and we will try to allocate papers to reflect these preferences.
