Treknology

This page focuses on the technology in the Star Trek series (aka Treknology). The purpose of this page is to give some meaning to the technobabble that is presented in some episodes, or to simply explain why something can't work as it was described. This should also cover contradictions between different episodes. Especially with the high technobabble rate in Voyager there should be enough source for contradictions.

Treknology Today

This part deals with today's science that tries to make the treknology reality. This ranges from pure theories, over the use of concepts that are dealt with inStar Trek, to ideas for new scientific approaches people got from Star Trek.
