Schedule
The arrival day is Sunday or Monday. The scientific program begins on Monday at 11:00 a.m.
The conference ends Wednesday afternoon.
The conference room GPA(petit auditoire) is in the basement of the Chemistry building (avenue de Bellevaux 51) located behind the UniMail building (rue Emile-Argand 11). A map can be found here.
On the day, there will be posters indicating the way to the room.

Your stay
Rooms have been booked for all speakers at Hôtel des Arts and the Hôtel des Alpes et Lac.
Cafeteria
There is a small university cafeteria on site where participants can have lunch. Please note that the cafeteria only accepts cash (CHF) payments, and that there is no cash machine on site.
Travel
The most convenient airports for Neuchâtel are located in Geneva, Zürich,
and Bern. Train information can be found at the Swiss Railroad page.
The most convenient way to get from the train station to the conference location is to walk (20 mins approx.), or to take bus 107 (in the direction of Hauterive) and get off at the stop Portes Rouges. Please note that bus tickets should be bought before getting on the bus. The bus stop and ticket machines are located behind the train station (the opposite side to the lake).
