Hello,welcome to my home page. I am a lecturer at the Department of Computer science and Department of Mathematics at Heriot Watt University .
My research interests are:
-) Systems biology (discrete modeling of biological processes, definition and study of complexity measures for biological processes);
-) Theoretical Computer Science (membrane [P] systems and splicing [H] systems);
-) Natural Computing (creating algorithms that could be implemented in a biological laboratory)
and I pursue my research within the Intelligent Systems Group .
