Question based on the large loop example

This is the first programming milestone.

Modify the range counting program to print out a bar chart indicating the relative frequencies of numbers in the different ranges, in a format similar to this:

                Counts of numbers in ranges
                
 0 to 10    *****
11 to 20    **
21 to 30    ************
Over 30     ***
