Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the following:
- provide a comprehensive literature review of relevant concepts, and research publications.
- critically review relevant research publications, identify gaps or contradictions in the research, and formulate appropriate questions
- implement dissertation project using methodologies related to projects in computer science
- interpret and evaluate results within the context of existing literature and in comparison, to related work.
- demonstrate practical skills in project management, especially time management, organization, and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines and achieve objectives with the support of supervisor.
