1. Ethical Debates (1.1 All students are required to research all debate topics. Each student group will either debate for or against a course of action in a topic of ethical concern. All student groups are expected to provide feedback to other groups using an online form in Canvas.)

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, students should be able to do the following:

• Demonstrate a professional and ethical attitude toward the application of computer technology.
• Value relevant professional and legal requirements concerning computer-based systems.
• Critically analyse social implications of information technology.
• Compare between benefits and ethical concerns related to the profession of computer science.
• Debate ethical problems to reach a consensus in front of large audience.
• Prepare presentations to meet specified deadlines.
• Provide constructive feedback on group presentations for peers in a variety of formats
