Course requirements and layered architecture

Composition and communication of the transmission system

Principle of frequency division multiplexing, multipoint access, CSMA/CD

Wireless access, IEEE 802.11

Basic problems of routing, OSPF and RIP

Principle and implementation of TCP

Design and implementation of network applications
