Semester 3: F71AD MSc Dissertation (15 Credits)

Students may choose any courses on the programme in semester 1 and semester 2 leading to a minimum of 120 credits (8 courses) of which at least 90 credits (6 courses) must be Level 11. Students may take no more than 75 credits each semester (5 courses each semester). For most students, it is recommended that they register for the nine courses C21AO, F71SM, F71AA, F71AB, F71AC, C31FF, F71MM, F71DA, and F71AK to be eligible for all six Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) Core Principles exemptions, plus one additional course in semester 2 to broaden their actuarial education. Subject to meeting the requirements, students may proceed to the Dissertation/ Case Studies stage of the programme.
