Dear XXXX,

We have accepted your submission to ITRS '00 as the basis for a talk
at the workshop.

Your paper will appear in the proceedings which will be published by
Carleton Scientific.  The ICALP organizers are dealing with Carleton
Scientific and we are in turn dealing with the ICALP organizers.  In
order for your paper to appear in the proceedings, you need to send it
to itrs00@cee.hw.ac.uk by Friday, 28 April 2000.

Comments by the reviewers on your paper are included below.  Please
revise your paper according to the comments before sending it to us.

Please format your paper according to the instructions at
<URL:http://www.carleton-scientific.com/info/csguide.html>.

Please send your paper as a uuencoded tar archive containing:

  * your LaTeX sources.
  * any non-standard LaTeX packages you use.
  * any included PostScript pictures.
  * If you use BibTeX, send either your .bib files or the generated
    .bbl file.
  * a PostScript version generated from the sources.

Please arrange that the tar archive unpacks into a directory whose
name begins with the family name of the first author in lowercase
letters.
