Colin Bass is an amiable man who is mostly known for his work with Camel. However, he has quite a name for himself these days, although mostly under the guise of Sabah Mustapha Habas of the 3 Mustaphas.
Under his own name he released a terrific, subdued album called An Outcast Of The Islands and there's even an interview with him here. I forgot to put it on the site when I made it in 1999, so you might not have read it.
