Workshop "Principles and Practice of Semantic Web Reasoning" (PPSWR)

PPSWR is an annual workshop organised by the European Network of Excellence REWERSE (REasoning on the WEb with Rules and SEmantics) (cf. http://rewerse.net). It serves as a forum for discussing various forms of reasoning that are or can be used on the Semantic Web. Moreover, it addresses both reasoning methods for the Semantic Web and Semantic Web applications relying upon various forms of reasoning.
The workshop series PPSWR has been initiated in 2003 by REWERSE. Since then annual PPSWR workshops have been held.- PPSWR 2003: Mumbai, India, co-located with ASIAN, ICLP and FSTTCS.
- PPSWR 2004: St. Malo, France, co-located with ICLP'04.
- PPSWR 2005: Dagstuhl, Germany, integrated into a Dagstuhl Seminar.
- PPSWR 2006: Budva, Montenegro, co-located with ESWC'06
From 2007 onwards PPSWR will be part of a new conference series
