Dan Olteanu received his Dipl. Ing. degree in 2000 from ``Politechnica'' University of Bucharest, Romania, after doing his M.S. at INRIA, France under the supervision of Daniela Florescu and Ioana Manolescu. From 2000 to 2005 he was a research and teaching assistant in the group of professor François Bry at the Institute for Informatics, University of Munich, Germany.
