Information about Registration

Find below information concerning ESSLLI 2005 registration, accomodation and meals.

Important Dates and Deadlines

This is the schedule for registrations.

Early Registration:	From mid March to 1st of May.
Late Registration:	From 1st of May to 7th of July.
Important: On Site registration won't be possible.

Notice that even though registration (ie, only school fees, no accomodation) will be possible till the 7th of July, accomodation can be guaranteed only till the 12th of May. After that date, accommodation can only be booked subject to availability.

We repeat what we said above, on site registration will not be possible and all fees will have to be paid in advance by Visa/Master card or by cheque in UK £ drawn on a UK bank. The cheque should be made payable to "Heriot-Watt University ESSLLI 2005" and posted together with the signed registration form to:

Important Dates:

ESSLLI 2005:

From 8th to the 19th of August.

Cancellation:

From July 1st,

• An admisnistration fee of £100 will be deducted from any refund issued.
• Heriot-Watt University will require full payment for any accommodation cancelation.

 

School Registration Fees

Please note that we can not offer lunch tickets, however breakfast is included in the accommodation price, and lunch and dinner can be purchased from the many dining rooms available on campus.

Please note that the registration fee for ESSLLI 2005 includes a one year membership to FoLLI (for the academic year September/05 to August/06).

For ESSLLI'05 Registration and ESSLLI'05 Accomodation , you must provide evidence that you are student to get the student rate.

We highly recommend to book accommodation as soon as possible due to the festivals that are taking place in Edinburgh over August. We repeat, we can only guarantee accommodation for you until May the 12th. Accommodation may not be easy to guarantee, so we advise you to send in your registration form with your full payment as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
